We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate

Location: Ajah, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s client base, and leading business development initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will also support the sales team in achieving organizational revenue goals while strengthening the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment prospects.
  • Generate high-value leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Supervise and support the Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
  • Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Coordinate property presentations and investment pitches.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare business development reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams on promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the client journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and close high-value business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, strategic, and target-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and business development activities.
  • Applicants must reside within the Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or nearby environs.

Benefits

  • Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly
