We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Area 11 Garki, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the Business Development Executive (BDE) team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching to improve productivity and results.
  • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, inspections, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to Management.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Human Capital Development teams to strengthen sales performance and team development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–6years' experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
