We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial & Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Marketing & Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand growth, strategic partnerships, revenue generation, and market expansion initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is a commercially minded professional with strong marketing expertise and a proven track record of delivering business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and commercial strategies to drive revenue growt
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with e-commerce businesses, merchants, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead customer acquisition, retention, a- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, technology, supply chain or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, partnership development, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to align commercial objectives with business goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing, Business Development, Commercial Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, technology, supply chain or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, partnership development, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
