Job Title: Team Lead, Telesales

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Team Lead, Telesales to oversee and grow our telesales operations.
• The ideal candidate will have solid call center experience, strong leadership capability, and a passion for driving sales performance while developing talent— especially corpers and entry-level telesales agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the telesales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Train, guide, and coach corpers and junior telesales agentsinto high-performing sales professionals
• Develop and implement sales strategies and scriptsto improve conversion rates
• Monitor calls, review performance, and providereal-time feedback and coaching
• Drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports
• Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective action plans
• Ensure excellent customer engagement and consistent brand experience
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in telesales or call center operations (mandatory)
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong ability to train, coach, and develop team members
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas (proximity is key).

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
