Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Hospitality)

Job Description

• The Marketing Coordinator (Hospitality) is responsible for driving the acquisition, onboarding, activation, relationship management, and growth of hospitality businesses using Paymi Solutions’ digital payment and hospitality technology offerings.
• The role focuses on hotels, restaurants, lounges, bars, cafés, clubs, resorts, quick service restaurants (QSRs), entertainment centers, event centers, and other hospitality businesses that require seamless ordering, payment, collections, settlements, and customer experience solutions.
• The Marketing Coordinator (Hospitality) will drive transaction growth, merchant adoption, customer retention, terminal deployment, and hospitality business expansion while positioning PayZeep as a trusted fintech and hospitality technology partner within the hospitality ecosystem.
• A major focus of the role is driving the adoption of Zeep&Go (Scan, Order, Pay) across hospitality businesses to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and transaction processing.

Key Objectives of the Role
The Marketing Coordinator (Hospitality) is expected to:

• Drive merchant acquisition within the hospitality sector.
• Increase transaction volume and product adoption across hospitality merchant portfolios.
• Position PayZeep as a leading and trustworthy fintech and hospitality solutions brand.
• Drive revenue generation and contribute toward achieving revenue targets.
• Increase customer adoption velocity by growing the number of active hospitality merchants.
• Increase the number of active terminals deployed and transacting.
• Drive the adoption of Zeep&Go (Scan, Order, Pay) within hospitality businesses.
• Build strategic relationships with hospitality business owners and operators.
• Improve merchant retention and transaction consistency.
• Promote self-service platforms and digital ordering/payment experiences.
• Drive solution-based storytelling and canvassing to generate qualified hospitality leads.
• Build strong B2B and customer engagement capabilities.
• Maintain 100% message consistency across all merchant-facing communication channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Economics, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in:
  • Sales
  • Business Development
  • Hospitality sales
  • Fintech
  • Digital payments
  • Hospitality technology solutions
• Experience managing hospitality merchants or enterprise accounts is an advantage.
• Strog understanding of Nigeria’s hospitality ecosystem is preferred.
