Job Summary

• Are you an energetic sales professional with a passion for winning customers and exceeding sales targets?
• We are recruiting experienced Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) to join our dynamic sales team and drive market expansion across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and value targets.
• Execute daily sales calls according to approved route plans.
• Sell the complete product portfolio to maximize outlet productivity.
• Grow existing accounts while identifying and onboarding new retail outlets.
• Ensure excellent product availability, merchandising, visibility, and pricing compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.
• Manage van stock effectively using FIFO principles and minimize damages.
• Collect customer payments and reconcile daily cash collections.
• Utilize the GTM/SFA application for route execution and sales reporting.
• Maintain company assets and comply with all road safety regulations.

Requirements

• OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in FMCG sales.
• Previous Van Sales or Route-to-Market experience is an added advantage.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in mobile sales automation (GTM/SFA) applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Location Preference: Applicants residing in or around Lekki, Ikorodu, or Ojota will have an added advantage.

Salary
N215,000 monthly.
