Locations: Utako - Abuja (FCT) and Lekki - Lagos

Job Description

•  We are seeking an experienced head of customer service to lead and transform its customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer service strategies
• Lead and mentor a high-performing customer service team
• Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Manage escalated customer issues and improve service processes
• Monitor customer service KPIs and performance
• Decision-making and stakeholder management.
• Process improvement and quality assurance.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience leading customer service teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM systems and customer experience management
• Proximity to location (Utako/Lekki) is key.

Remuneration
N180,000 monthly.
