9.) Web Design Engineer and IT Coordinator

Co-ordinate the Company’s IT Department, viz:

• Monitors and analyze the performance of company’s website and carry out frequent maintenance and updates.
• To provide a complete IT support and solutions for the group of Company.
• To assist in Engineering design and work programmes.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports of the department’s activities.
• To provide training and organization of employees in the department.

Qualification

• A minimum of BSc/HND, or equivalent, in an engineering discipline or Information Technology is desirable.
• Certification in Wed Design and Management is essential.
• A minimum of 2-5 years experience in an Engineering Company is highly desirable
• Experience in web design, Networking, and Database management is desirable with a strong background in using planning software and must be Proficient in Complete Microsoft Office Suites
• Candidate must possess good Analytical skills in problem solving with Good knowledge of Nigerian Engineering Practices
• Advise Management on technological developments in IT and any other relevant trends.

10.) Secretary to the Group Managing Director

Job description
Will include: Office administration and Organisation, Processing of Project Documentation, Secretarial Services, Supervision of Monthly report, Drafting correspondence for GMD or executing the work, Keep record of appointments and ensure that each one is conducted smoothly and on time; and Managing office materials.

Qualification

• A minimum of BSc/HND in English Language or Mass communication, Secretarial Studies or any other relevant degree;
• A minimum of 2-5 years experience in an Engineering Company and must be prolific in Information systems: Microsoft office - Mastery in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Applicant must be fluent in English Language, have Organizational skills, Good analytical and Project Management Skills
• Good knowledge of graphic design is an invaluable advantage
