Responsibilities
Understand what our customers value; develop
Relationships and a 'service' model to support those needs
Provide an on-going evaluation of the effectiveness of client services operations and project based services and recommend measures to improve overall service delivery
Formulate, direct, and participate in the development and implementation of goals and objectives within the deployment of cloud computing services
Act as liaison between technology and business ensuring appropriate interests are represented; communicate changes which impact client or business, including changes in staff, technology, policy, procedures, or practices
Assists business with client requirements development and analysis
Responsible for ensuring infrastructure and uptime and quality management
Chair regular operations/service meetings to track issues, drive action items and manage day-to-day operations of applications
Monitor the deliverables of each team member to ensure successful project delivery within the constraints of scope, schedule, cost and quality
Manage project issues and risks by reaffirming client expectations and taking early action to identify, track and resolve potential problems
Focus on acquiring, developing and retaining talent, effectively leading the team, and promoting a fun team atmosphere with high morale
Project quality assurance, transfer of knowledge/project close and end of project feedback
Perform cross-functional and/or other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned or requested.
Other Duties:
Install and configure CISCO switches and routers
Perform wireless LAN/WAN maintenance work
Support and maintain existing CISCO VoIP infrastructure
TCP/IP network design and configuration
Perform IP Network support
Network protocol analysis and monitoring
Ensure remote office access to LAN
Advise on corporate network issues
Provide proactive support of the corporate LAN/WAN infrastructure
Liaise with IP group to quickly resolve issues
Liaise with the IP group to determine the current corporate network topology and design
Develop a Diagram of the current network topology
DNS Configuration
Firewall configuration and maintenance
Proactively analyze and correct network problems
Documentation of procedures and practices
Designs, documents, and evaluates computer security programs by researching, evaluating, testing, recommending, communicating and implementing new security software or devices
Develops and analyzes IT security models, and maintains methodology to track Security Plans for each sensitive/critical major application and general support system within the organization
Develops security policy documentation by audits and tests of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, enterprise anti-virus systems and software deployment tools
Tests firewalls, intrusion detection systems, enterprise anti-virus systems and software deployment tools
Develop and maintain IT Security Architecture Plans by auditing present configurations and communicating and developing security policies or plans for data, software applications, hardware, and telecommunications
Respond to queries and requests for computer security information and reports
Conducts investigations of computer security violations and incidents, reporting as necessary information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information
Conducts information systems security risk assessments and implements controls to mitigate/alleviate risks to the corporation
Ability to structure and communicate general awareness of information systems security
Stays current and abreast of Industrial Security trends and compliance regulations
Develops materials for computer security education/awareness programs
VPN and IPSEC implementation
CISCO Iron Port administration and support

At least Eight (8) years’ work experience.
