Chevron Nigeria Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Workover Intervention Superintendent

Job Reference No.: 2013-DC-13
Job Location: Escravos

Job Description:

• Responsible for all workover operations requiring entry into well pressure envelop.
• Provide mentoring to well intervention engineers in the development of programs and execution of well workovers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Lower Credit respectively.

Required Skills:

• Broad workover experience, completion experience, problem solving and team work skills.

Experience

• Minimum of Twenty (20) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in workover completions and operations.

Additional Requirements:

• Demonstrable knowledge of workover and completions operations
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of community and logistics issues related to drilling in Nigeria environment
• Effective communication skills
