Job Title: Human Resource/Organizational Support Officer

Location: Abuja
 
Job Description

• Coordinate and manage all personnel. Also manage all physical and non-physical resources to ensure proper optimization and output.

Role and Task Complexities

• Timeliness in payment  and accurate calculation of  salary payment and any other gratuities/benefits
• Creation and implementation of a staff appraisal system.
• Creation, upkeep and maintenance of an accurate record keeping, filing and retrieval process.
• Well timed communication of company policies to staff after release and punctual enforcement of these policies.
• Punctual implementation of approved management recommendations and decisions made.
• Timely communication of HR policies to staff after approval.
• Smooth attendance management for all staff.
• Improve the average time of recruitment to fill vacant positions and talent retention.
• Ensure an adequate number of trainings are conducted and training effectiveness is measured by trainees and supervisors
• Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
• Proper running of Facility: Water, Electricity, Internet, Photocopiers:
  • Cost savings
  • Customer satisfaction index
  • Response time to client or staff needs
• Ensure timeliness and quality of reports generated as well as time to achieve goals

Job Specification

• Degree in Human Resource Management or Administration or a related field
• An M.Sc is an added advantage
• 3-5years relevant experience in a related field
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour law
• Additional certification will be an advantage
