Job Title: Technical Hub Control Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

• Will be responsible for supporting in the Hub dispatch daily operations of all vetted/audited fault orders generated from the CRM users to the responsible Field teams and ensure follow up resolution till closure within SLAs.

Job Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible dispatching all Fault Clearing, DC-RC entries to various UT related Field teams
• Understands the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and is able to manage the Field resources to ensure these are kept in line with agreed turnaround time.
• Oversees the assignment of jobs to the appropriate Engineer/ Technician using our custom dispatch console to ensure that calls are resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensures proper/ appropriate feedback is detailed in each Fault Order or Disconnection order
• Responsible for Daily Report generation of faults that have been dispatched, worked upon, and ensuring the fulfilment of SLAs.
• Comply with Quality Management System / Occupational Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.
• Perform any other activities as requested by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

• First degree in a Science Related Discipline or Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Electricity Industry Regulatory Knowledge
• Operations & Maintenance Management
• Safety and Health Compliance
• Good grasp of Ikeja Electric Network and Assets
• Good Knowledge of the Microsoft family particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of principles and practices of IE safety management
• Good knowledge of methods, materials, practices, and equipment generally used in the operation, construction, maintenance, and repair of electricity distribution system.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Great Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use a computer with relative ease and little or no supervision.
• Good Knowledge of the Microsoft family particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good Interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and effectively manage tight timelines.
