My comment is this, since there is unemployment flood in the country "Nigeria" , I think Government should consider not all this work experience that are jettisoning people from not applying for the work of their dreams. And interviewed people based on their field of study with sincerity, and who is in line with the field he or she studied you will know and by that recruitment can be conducted. Thanks.

My point is dat y 're confusing people of applying 4 job vacancy 4 years of experience, now tell me how can a fresh or graduate without job who intend 2 apply 4 his/her dream job base on career field of study wil b gotten or require 5 - 12 working experience to apply 4 job. Is unfair now, if they don't want d fresh/unemploy graduate 2 b employ or work they should stop advertising 4 unemploy graduate and go ahead 2 advertise job position 4 working class experience workers who is already been employed 4 swap and stop deceiving d unemploy graduates.
