Pecroyal Educonsult is an educational outfit whose aim is to work with school owners to improve the standard of their school, build structure and subsequently make the school profitable. We are very passionate about raising the standard of education in Africa.

Pecroyal Educonsult was established in April, 2016 to work with school owners to ensure that their schools are run in line with International Best Practices thereby meeting up with Internal Standards. We help manage school’s finances, ensure increased cash in-flow and reduce operational cost. In addition to these, we help build committed and dedicated work force that will work as a team to achieve the school’s vision.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Teacher

Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We seek to employed an experienced and professional Head Teacher who is capable of upholding the standard of excellence in our school with minimal supervision.

Job Expectation
The Head Teacher will:

• Create an academic programme for students that meets national and international standards.
• Work closely and communicate with students’ parents.
• Help assess students’ needs and development.
• Select, train, support and assess staff.
• Provide guidance to staff to help resolve issues with students.
• Use data to track student performance and produce reports.
• Work with external advisors and school governors.
• Ensure the safety of all children in the institution / programme.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Ed / PGDE / M.Ed Degree qualification with a minimum of 8 years work experience.
