When will this age madness stop! Everyone should be given equal opportunity... Moreso, most Nigerian students graduated late!

My phone number: (08184746755)
I graduated with Second Class Upper in Computer Science and have over 2 years experience in Bank work - just resigned from the Bank to further my studies as the condition the Bank gave me then was not favorable. Well over 26 years, but sincere and willing to work.
Most of those you'll find with documents for 20 - 25 years lie and are never sincere; and the employers are surely aware of this.
Unfortunately, these job owners (or employers) seem to prefer the liars whose documents read 22, 23years eventhough their faces show them to be above 40.
God Bless this Country and God Bless us ALL.

The banks are operating below expectation in Nigeria becos they prefer to employ people without integrity than employing the ones with their own words. Liars can never be productive, since they've laid d foundation of their work with lies. 'Nemodat quad non abet'; u cannot give what u dont have. So employ based on ability not age. Give all equal chances, and u will get the best out of d selectin process

Polytechnics doesn't award degree, rather HND results. That means they are not included 2 this opportunity.

Lets all join hands together an tell this employers to stop deceiving themselves with this age deceit/madness.Can somebody please tell them that with the kind of educational system we run in this country, asking for graduates of 26yrs is absolute madness and a yardstick for certificate forgery and all kinds of dubious acts. This age nonsense has got to stop, please!

What we unemployed graduates need to do is come out in our numbers to protest this joblessness cause trust me its not getting any better soon.
