Purpose of the Job:
Overseeing Stanbic IBTC’s Project Finance Department.
Main Responsibilities
Directly responsible for originating, structuring and executing client projectsand acquisitions, divestitures and financial advisory mandates handled by the Bank.
This requires networking with prospective and current clients, and maintaining regular interface with the regulators. Actively participating in industry advocacy and sector interest groups that cover Telecoms, Energy, Construction e.t.c.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualification
First degree from a reputable university (minimum, second class upper)
Masters in Finance or relevant professional qualification.
Work Experience
At least 8 Years Project Finance experience, spanning origination, structuring and execution of Financial advisory, Mergers and acquisitions and investment portfolio management.
