Job Title: Hotel Operations Officer

Job Description

• Our client is looking to hire a qualified and detail-oriented operations officer to increase the efficiency of our operations. The role will report to the Operations Manager. May also be required to perform administrative tasks.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills.

You will be responsible for:

• Reporting to the Operations Manager about policy and procedure implementations
• Project planning and management
• Tracking operational costs to ensure that expenditure stays within budget
• Overseeing the maintenance department
• Ensuring that operational deadlines are met
• Providing operations support to all departments
• Conducting frequent spot checks to ensure that staff carry out their duties effectively and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years experience.
• Extensive experience in a hotel operations management position or similar

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, email, etc.
• Experience with sales/hospitality management software.
