Job Description
Our client requires for immediate employment the services of a documentation clerk who does cargo tracking, Custom processes and procedures with a least two (2) years of experience working with a logistics company and perform the following roles below:

• Consolidation of document, billing, and arrangement of document hand-over.
• File opening and proper documentation on cargo Wise 1.
• Attend to all NAHCO related issues (original shipping documents, collection at various airlines, etc).
• NAFDAC documentation, payment & endorsement.
• Assist in dispatching shipping documents to Sea & Air operators,customs clearance and delivery to warehouse and customers.
• Processing of TIN at FIRS for personal effects shipments only.
• Ensure proper receipts of all original shipping documents, stored and easily accessible
• Ensure prompt tracking of cargo arrival dates and dispatch for confirmation.
• Ensure collection of original documents at the appropriate bank /offices.
• Make quality check of shipping documents received to ensure that appropriate documents required by customs are attached.
• Scanning,photocopy and storing of documents.
• Other departmental duties as assigned by the line manager.
• Knows how to data capture of entry on customs NICIS II and application of form M & PAAR.

Remuneration  and Benefits

• Annual gross Salary of N742,272.
• HMO
• Leave Allowance
• 13th month packages.
