Job Title: Digital Sales Officer

Location: Alapere, Lagos

Job Description

• The Digital Sales Officer will be responsible for driving digital sales growth and revenue generation through effective online marketing strategies and sales techniques.
• This role will focus on leveraging various digital platforms and channels to identify and engage potential customers, nurture leads, and ultimately convert them into loyal clients.

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Create social media posts for the different business lines to ensure periodic posting.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
• Utilise SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
• Prepare weekly reports on content performance - engagement rate, open rate, conversion rate. etc

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

• Identify and qualify leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and networking activities.
• Implement lead nurturing campaigns to cultivate relationships with prospects and move them through the sales funnel.

Sales Conversion:

• Conduct product demonstrations via videos or webinars to showcase our offerings and address customer needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Gather client feedback and communicate it internally to inform service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and sales, in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing software, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Remuneration
N50,000 / Month
