Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to department leaders, providing guidance on all HR-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
• Collaborate with the human resourcesteam to attract top-tier talent and build a pipeline of skilled professionals.
• Implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance.
• Act as a champion of our culture and values, promoting a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning thrive.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 2.1
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the digital marketing or experiential marketing industry. Minimum of 3 years experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
