Job Title: Growth Manager
Location: Lagos
Role Overview
The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion and success of our property technology platform. This role focuses on accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention while scaling both supply (developers, landlords, agents) and demand (renters, buyers, investors).
A key part of the role is recruiting and expanding the pool of property service partners (riders) such as field agents, property managers, inspectors, and viewing coordinators to ensure efficiency and reliable service delivery across cities.
Using a data-driven approach, the Growth Manager will design and implement strategies that grow property listings, improve customer experience, and unlock new market opportunities.
The position requires a blend of strategic planning, market analysis, partnership building, and operational execution to ensure sustainable growth in the competitive real estate landscape.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Planning: Design and execute growth strategies aligned with business goals and real estate market opportunities.
Market Expansion: Lead growth initiatives by conducting research, identifying trends, and onboarding local property partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing on campaigns, product on feature development, and operations on listing quality and platform efficiency.
Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with real estate developers, agents, landlords, and complementary service providers (mortgage, relocation, insurance).
Vendor Expansion: Grow the number of property developers, landlords, and agents on the platform to increase the range of property options available to users.
Rider Acquisition: Expand the pool of property service partners (e.g., field agents, property managers, inspectors, or viewing coordinators) to improve efficiency and scale up service delivery across cities.
Operational Improvements: Work with the operations team to streamline property onboarding, verification, and customer support processes to improve satisfaction and trust, directly impacting user retention.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, evaluate, and report on growth KPIs, including CAC, LTV, churn, listing growth, and conversion rates, presenting insights to leadership for decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
3 years of proven experience in growth, business development, or marketing roles, preferably within PropTech, real estate, or marketplace platforms.
Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition, market expansion, and retention strategies.
Strong knowledge of real estate dynamics, property marketplaces, or related service ecosystems.
Proficiency with data analysis and growth tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, A/B testing, performance marketing platforms).
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver business outcomes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
