Job Title: SBP Supervisor (Salon Business Partnership Supervisor)

Locations: Enugu, Lagos, Ibadan - Oyo & Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

  • An SBP Supervisor to oversee and manage the performance of Salon Business Partners (SBPs) within a designated region.
  • The role ensures SBP signups, sales growth, operational efficiency, strong salon relationships, and effective coordination between SBPs and the company’s sales and marketing teams.
  • The SBP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing SBP salons, supporting sales growth, coordinating activations, and ensuring proper brand and operational standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
SBP Performance Management:

  • Supervise and support SBP partners within assigned regions.
  • Ensure SBPs meet sales targets and partnership expectations.
  • Monitor SBP performance and provide regular reports.
  • Work closely with AMMs and ASMs to ensure both the marketing and sales teams align with the strategy and goals for SBPs

Salon Network Development:

  • Identify opportunities to expand the salon network within the region.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new salon partners.

Sales Growth:

  • Drive focus product sales through SBP channels.
  • Work closely with SBPs to develop strategies that increase product adoption in salons.

Field Team Supervision:

  • Ensure field teams are effectively engaging salons and promoting products.

Training & Support:

  • Organize training sessions for SBPs and salon partners on product knowledge and brand positioning.
  • Ensure proper implementation of brand programs and initiatives in partner salons.

Market Monitoring:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights to improve channel performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Regional sales growth through SBPs
  • Number of active salon partners
  • SBP performance and productivity
  • Product penetration in the region
  • Market expansion and coverage
  • Proper distribution of SBP rewards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG, sales, or field marketing roles.
  • Experience managing distributors, partners, or retail/salon networks is an added advantage.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to train, coach, and supervise field teams effectively.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
  • Knowledge of the beauty/salon industry is an advantage.
