Excel Professional Services Limited - Our client is a leading manufacturer of top-line products for the building and construction industry, reputed for its international brands. As part of on-going effort at strengthening its managerial capacity, the company recently engaged our services to fill the following strategic positions on its organization structure:

1.)  Finance Controller - ES 127

Responsibilities

• This position reports to the Deputy Managing Director and has overall management responsibility for the firm's finance and accounting function.
• The requirement is for candidates with very good university degrees and membership of one of the recognized institutes of chartered accountants.
• The successful candidate must have acquired a minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience in reputable organisations, five of which must be at managerial level.
• The possession of an MBA degree and strong IT skills, including Oracle ERP System, will offer distinct advantages.
• Candidates must also be versatile in International Financial Reporting Standards (I FRS).

2.)  Marketing Manager - ES 128
 
Responsibilities

• The Marketing Manager will lead a team of highly resourceful marketing executives and be responsible for initiating policies, developing plans and executing strategies approved for securing market dominance for the company's products.
• The search is for self-assured candidates with a first degree in social sciences or other business related disciplines.
• Membership of a recognized professional institute of marketing and a minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience is required to qualify for consideration.

3.)  Training Manager - ES 129
 
Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for implementing the company's learning and talent development strategies.
• The requirement is for a learning management professional with a minimum of ten years hands-on experience in training needs analysis, development of competency-based training plans, and training facilitation.
• Membership of CIPMN or other recognized international HR or Training professional bodies is essential to function in this role.
