Gregory University Uturu was licensed to operate as a Private University in February, 2012. The vision of the university is to be a renowned University noted for high quality academic and research programmes as well as professional, practical and entrepreneurial capacity development. Its mission is to produce God-fearing, ethically sound, highly skilled global leaders in various field of human endeavour.

Beginning with three Colleges in 2012, the University is currently offering competitive programmes in the following Seven Colleges; Medicine and Surgery, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Agriculture, Natural and Applied Sciences, Humanities, Social and Management Sciences.

Qualifications and Experience
General Requirements:

• Generally applicants for all lecturing positions must at least be holders of Bachelor's Degree LLB (Second Class Honours Upper Division) with Masters Degrees LLM from recognized Universities.
• Applicants must have sound knowledge of lecturing functions with research capabilities and experience. Scholarly publications in reputable journals for positions above Assistant Lecturer is mandatory
• Computer proficiency is mandatory.

Specific Requirements:

• Must have at least LLB second class Honours Bachelor's Degree (Upper Division) and a Master's Degree LLM.
  

Remuneration
Gregory University has attractive conditions of service. However remuneration shall be competitive and negotiable depending on the quality of applicant and the type/level of employment desired.
