Confidential Secretary at a Nigerian International Group of Companies

A Nigerian International Group of Companies with interest in manufacturing, Real Estate and Investment and with an upcoming Port Terminal operation seeks to recruit interested and qualified professionals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Confidential Secretary

Location: Nigeria

Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft, Transcribe and distribute mails and correspondence.
• Handle Telephone calls appropriately.
• Attend to daily correspondences.
• Maintain filing system both manually and electronically.
• Create and maintain calendar of appointment schedules, events, meetings etc.
• Perform general secretarial duties.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned to him from time to time.

Qualification and Experience

• Possess HND/B.Sc (at least Upper Credit or 2.1 respectively) in Secretarial Studies.
• Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Computer and Multimedia application.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work under pressure with utmost discretion.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Well organized and pay attention to details.
• Must be able to write and transcribe shorthand.
• Preferably a male.
• Should have at least 5-7 years working experience.
