A renowned indigenous Lagos based vehicle assembly plant seeks to expand its operations by accelerating the value of its services to enhance customer satisfaction owing to growing clientele of its product range that have lately become the toast of discerning institutions and organizations looking for the right applications for the day-to-day running of their businesses.

We are recruiting to fill the vacant position of:

Job Title: Store Officers

Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Check material DC/Bill and verily same along with the purchase order.
• Prepare Goods Inward Regster and input the information into inventory package.
• Take entries into inward registers and prepare MRN/GRN
• Prepare RGP & NRGP for outgoing materials, which be issued in sequential order
• Post all materials including issue slips base on consumption and chargeable on daily basis
• Prepare MIS report based on material issued and receipts with physical verification of high value items fixed asset statement, non moving and surplus items statements etc and forward to HO
• Responsible for inward/outward of materials
• Maintain inward receipts
• Check quality of materials
• Maintain material inventory
• Ensure material availability
• Physical verification of materials

Requirements
Prospective applicants must have Diploma in automobile engineering or Bachelor Degree with five to seven years experience in heavy multi-brand automobile stores. He or she must be computer literate, proficient in handling stocks and managing personnel.
